Consuelo and Gianni Castiglioni launched Marni in 1994, creating an eclectic women’s ready-to-wear with a complete line of accessories. The Swiss-born, Milan-based designer came to the industry by way of her family's fur business. The Italian label Marni is known for its European-inflected bohemian aesthetic and bold graphic prints.With furs, bold colors, printed dresses, unconventional art prints and designs, Marni was able to imbibe a cool and fun vibe that became an instant hit to fashion enthusiasts.
