Log into your Bobobobo account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, including any designer boxes, dust bags, and the printed return form.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose your preferred courier service or use our integrated booking system to arrange a convenient time for our logistics partner to collect your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
